What methods of payment do you accept?
We are currently accepting payments through PayPal only. You can also pay with a credit card through PayPal.

What type of products do you offer?
All products on this site are downloadable digital goods. No physical product will be mailed to you.

Do you provide refunds?
Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be given. If you are having problems with your order, please feel free to contact us.

How long will my purchase be available for download?
Download links for your purchase will be available through your account for 7 days.

My computer crashed. Can you reset all of my past orders?
We understand that technical difficulties happen now and then. We are happy to reset your purchase upon request; however, we will only reset once per order. Please be aware that some products may no longer be available for reset, due to the product being retired or the designer no longer present in the shop. Large reset requests may be subject to a small convenience fee. It is highly recommended that you create at least two backups of your purchases. 

One of my files is corrupted or wont unzip. What do I do?
This happens from time to time when a zip does not fully upload. Please feel free to contact us with the order number and file name. We will re-upload that file for you to download again.

I get a warning the files could be dangerous. Will your files harm my computer?
You are getting this warning due to changes made with Chrome. Many of our designers include harmless website shortcuts in their zips for your convenience (ie. blog, facebook page, etc.). Chrome is picking up on these shortcuts and blocking them. Click on the DISCARD button found for that zip in your download bar. Then click on KEEP and it will save to your computer. You can also try downloading your purchase using another browser.

I received two confirmations orders for my purchase. Was I charged twice?
This is a fairly common occurance with this type of cart. There are a couple of reasons that this happens. The most common reason is because you may have had two windows/tabs opened to the shop while making the purchase. Another reason is you may have clicked the button to submit the purchase twice. It will show as two separate purchases for your account, but will only charge your PayPal once. We keep an eye out for these and will remove the duplicated order for you.

Do you sell my personal information?
We will not sell, share or redistribute any customer information with a third party. All information gathered during registration will be use solely for that purpose only. We make every effort to ensure customer information will be kept private.
